Costs and funding

Since exchange programs involve paying tuition to É«ÃÃÃÃÖ±²¥ at theÌýrateÌýyou currently pay for a full-time course load in your faculty, youÌýwouldn'tÌýexperience a difference in cost in terms of tuition.

For study abroad opportunities, you pay your tuition to the host university—usually in the host nation’s currency.Ìý

Costs for travel and living overseas vary depending on where you’re studying, butÌýthere are scholarships and bursaries available that can offset some of those costs.ÌýBursaries are awarded based onÌýdemonstratedÌýfinancial need, while scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement.ÌýAll applications will automatically be considered for a bursary and scholarship.

In some cases, the financial awards you can receive will make a term or year abroad more affordable than staying in Canada!Ìý
