The Redlands High Country Campus in Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains region offers the greatest array of possibilities for both curriculum fieldwork and experiential learning.
Established more than 30 years ago through the generous support of our Redlands families, our magnificent High Country Campus is home to our Year 9 Moonbah Program, our Outdoor Education Camps (Years 7 & 11) and also our Winter School, providing students a unique opportunity to combine their studies with routine snowsports training. High Country Campus offers our students a transformative sanctuary where they can immersive themselves in nature, cultivate a profound appreciation for the environment and develop leadership skills and resilience necessary for personal development.聽

Experience
High Country Campus is currently home to the Redlands Year 9 Moonbah Program, our unique Winter School offering and our Outdoor Education Program that features Years 7 and 11 Camps.
Winter School
Winter School is a nine-week residential program based at the Redlands High Country Campus, in Jindabyne. It operates during Term 3 and is open to students in Year 10. The residential program provides the opportunity for interested students to combine academic study with snow sports training, experiencing Term 3 in the Snowy Mountains.聽
Year 9 Moonbah Program
In 2025 we proudly launch a new immersive learning experience for Year 9 students at our High Country Campus in Moonbah, near Jindabyne. The Moonbah Program aligns with our Vision of inspiring students to achieve life readiness and our Strategic Driver of supporting and challenging students to achieve personal excellence through programs and pathways.
Outdoor Education
Experiential outdoor education provides a stimulating complement to the traditional classroom environment. Camps are a vital part of a 色妹妹直播 education aiming to enhance student鈥檚 perceptions of their abilities, improve self-confidence, add to essential life skills and develop a deep respect for the natural environment. High Country Campus currently hosts camps for both our Year 7 and Year 11 cohorts, representing many Secondary School student’s first and final camping experiences here at the School.
Expansion and
History
Winter School was first held at the newly opened High Country Campus in 1996. Initially, two temporary buildings decommissioned by Woden Hospital in the ACT provided a capacity of up to 60 students. In addition to the first camps held at High Country Campus from 1996, Snowsports at 色妹妹直播 entered a new era as students stayed at High Country Campus to attend race week and the School hosted the inaugural Milo Cup in 1998, renamed the 色妹妹直播 Cup in 1999.
In 2022, Redlands purchased 214 ha adjacent to the 56 ha at High Country Campus at the edge of the Snowy Mountains. This supports plans to continue our current Winter School and Snowsports programs and to offer expanded opportunities to experience learning in the outdoors for our students.聽
Acknowledgment of Country
Redlands acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Ngarigo People, on which our High Country Campus stands. We pay respect to the Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to other First Nations people within the Redlands community.
