Balancing a demanding career with volunteer work isn’t always easy, but environmental engineer Vincent Sweeney (BEng’86, MASc’89) finds it deeply rewarding. He volunteers with ɫ����ֱ�� to inspire and support future leaders.

Through her volunteer experiences, Dal Computer Science alum Tabea Marzlin (BCSc’22) hopes to help increase diversity and inspire the next generation of women considering a career in technology.
