She provides legal advice to IWK鈥檚 clinical and operational leadership on a broad range of health law, privacy, commercial, and risk-mitigation matters. Her role involves close collaboration with Legal and Privacy team members and internal clients to translate complex laws and regulations into practical guidance and best practices suited to the dynamic healthcare environment.鈥疦oelle鈥痺as called to the bar in 2008 and practiced in private practice and with another health authority before joining IWK Health full-time in 2015. She recently completed an MBA.
