Faculty, staff and children on the ɫֱ Agricultural Campus spent a beautiful morning working in the Alumni Gardens and Herb Garden as part of the 5th annual Boots 'n Blooms event.
Boots 'n Blooms is an annual tradition on the Agricultural Campus — a day of “sweat equity” where the Ag community’s “green thumb” volunteers come together to freshen up many of the gardens around campus – just in time for prom and wedding season.
Winning Team honours this year goes Recruitment for their entry “Thistle be Fun.” Winning team members Sandra Farrell, Paul Coffin, Gillian Hatch, Alyson Murray and Adam Robertson earned lunch in the Gardens with Dean Gray and potted Fushia's compliments of the AC Grounds crew. Elaine Osmond was the winner of the Agriculture Hoodie!
Don’t miss your chance to participate next year!
Winner of the best rubber boots? Starla Hutt!
