The Procurement Department will be offering the next information session for the Purchasing Card Program on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 in the Principal's Boardroom, 1st floor, Cumming Hall.
To register for a session, go to
Change the Theme to "Procurement"
Click Apply
Click on Register for the session date you would like to attend.
The Purchasing Card System is designed to streamline the process for day-to-day, low dollar value purchasing and eliminates the necessity of generating Purchase Orders. Charges are paid directly by the University on a monthly basis.
A purchasing card is issued to an individual and can only be used by that person, if your department requires more than one person to make purchases, please apply for separate cards in each person’s name)
In order to qualify for a Purchasing Card, you must be an employee of the University, and receive approval from your Manager/Department Head.Ìý Complete and print the withÌýa copy of your valid Banner ID and scan and email or fax to the Purchasing Department, 494-1534.Ìý Once an Application is approved, the Card takes approximately ten days to arrive.Ìý
